UvA Pride, the University of Amsterdam's LGBTQ+ network, is bringing World Pride to UvA’s campuses with its very own multi day festival: On June 9, a Sport's day at Science Park will connect students through sports and games. Together with Pride and Sports we want to introduce students to the many LGBTQ+ sports clubs that Amsterdam has to offer. Want to try your hand at queer boxing or roller derby? Come join us! 

Then, on June 11, at CREA at Roeterseiland UvA Pride will bring together music, research and queer joy. With performances by students and lectures by researchers, we want to make this an event that shows how talented the UvA community really is. Also, there will be film provided by TranScreen, workshops and performances by drag artists, and much, much more.

Join us! Come celebrate with your fellow students, connect with each other and learn more about the LGBTQ+ community at the Pre-World Pride Festival. You can now buy tickets for the multiple days at the festival: one ticket gets you into all events (just make sure to also select the June 9 ticket)! Different prices are available.
